Leonard DiPisa, M.D., FACC, FACP, FCCP
Dr. Leonard DiPisa was born in New Jersey. He obtained
his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of
Dayton and completed his medical studies at the
University Autonoma of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at
St. Michael's Medical Center, Newark, New Jersey.
In 1981, He served as Chief Medical Resident at the
same institution. He completed his Fellowship in
Cardiology at St. Michael's Medical Center in 1984.
Dr. DiPisa entered private practice (limited to
cardiology) in the Tom's River Area in 1984. He is
certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine
and by the subspecialty board in Cardiovascular
Diseases. Dr DiPisa is a Fellow of the American College
of Cardiology, American College of Physicians and the
American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr DiPisa's expertise includes all aspects of
diagnostic and clinical cardiology. He is experienced
and licensed in Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. DiPisa is co-founder and director of the first
accredited Nuclear Diagnostic Laboratory in the State
of New Jersey.
